1. What DentaApp provides

DentaApp provides dental practice information, educational articles and features enabled on the service. Some booking, communication or other features may be unavailable. A listing, article or inquiry is not a guarantee of availability, insurance coverage, price or treatment outcome.

DentaApp does not provide a diagnosis or replace advice from a licensed dental or medical professional. Contact the practice directly to confirm appointments, costs, accepted insurance and clinical questions. Do not use the website or contact form for an emergency.

2. Accounts and responsible use

Provide accurate information when creating an account or submitting a request. Keep your password and verification codes private. Use an account or professional profile only if you are authorized to do so, and report suspected misuse through our contact page.

Do not impersonate another person or practice, submit misleading information, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service or upload unlawful content, malicious code or someone else's private records. A profile claim does not itself confer ownership or unrestricted administrative access.

3. Articles, profiles and submitted content

You must have permission to submit the text and images you provide. Do not include private patient details or material that infringes another person's rights. You retain rights in your content; you authorize DentaApp to store and display it as needed to provide the feature you use, subject to its review and publication controls.

Editorial illustrations may accompany articles. They are illustrative and do not document a particular patient, practice or treatment result. Draft and scheduled content is not public until its applicable publication requirements are met. Content may be reviewed, corrected or restricted under the service's controls.

DentaApp and its licensors retain rights in the website design, software and other protected material. You may use the public website for its intended purposes. Do not imply endorsement or use DentaApp branding without permission.

4. Requests and enabled transactions

A contact submission is a service inquiry. It is not a confirmed appointment, clinical consultation or purchase. Where a transaction or appointment feature is enabled, review the specific terms and confirmation shown for that feature before continuing. Confirm clinical arrangements directly with the practice.

5. Privacy, cookies and external links

Our Privacy notice describes data handling. Necessary sign-in and request-protection cookies support the service. Merely visiting the site does not constitute a choice to allow optional advertising. Use Advertising choices to review the available controls.

External websites and independently operated practices have their own terms and privacy practices. Review them before sharing information or using their services.

6. Availability, corrections and your rights

We aim to provide useful, accurate information, but listings, features and content may change or contain errors. Please report an issue so it can be reviewed. The website may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or other operational reasons.

Nothing in these terms excludes a right, remedy or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not promise a particular security standard, uninterrupted availability or a treatment outcome. Additional terms may apply to a specific enabled service.
